I honestly think it depends on the job and the person. I really like the hybrid model for my business for some of the positions. Some positions are completely out of the office, but having a few set hours in office makes it easier to collaborate, check in, and maintain the human connections. Outside of those set hours, I’m flexible. As long as you get the work done and fulfill your hours, I don’t care if you work from home at 3am and go to the doctor at 2pm. However, that said, I’m a publisher, so most of the positions in my office are flexible like that.
